Billing questions

What counts against the monthly limit?

Only new proposals created in the calendar month. Editing, re-sourcing, re-pricing, re-exporting and sharing an existing proposal are unlimited on every tier.

What changes when I pay?

The monthly proposal cap rises to 50 new proposals per calendar month and exports lose the Anvil watermark: the DOCX, PDF and client share page carry your company name and logo from your rate card instead.

Do supplier prices cost extra?

No. Distributor searches are included. Coverage still depends on the distributor APIs configured for your workspace, and an unresolved line stays unresolved rather than being filled with an invented price.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then reverts to Free. Existing proposals remain readable.
