Refund policy

We want Anvil to earn its place in your workflow. If it does not, this policy explains how refunds work.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use their purchase support, or contact us through our contact page and we will process it for you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, Paddle typically completes them within a few business days.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period — use the 30-day guarantee above if you are within the window.
